Product Introduction
Metric hexagon nuts manufactured to DIN 970 (style 1 with chamfer), dimensionally aligned with ISO 4032. The standard specifies hexagon nuts in metric coarse and fine threads for general structural steel and mechanical engineering. Product range covers diameters M6 through M64 in property classes 8, 10, and 12 per ISO 898-2. Additional conformance to GB, ANSI, JIS, and ASTM is supplied upon customer requirement.

Material & Mechanical Properties
Cold-formed or hot-forged from carbon steel and tempered to achieve the required proof load values. Mechanical properties are certified by lot with traceability to heat number. When paired with bolts of corresponding property class, the nut delivers full proof stress capacity without stripping, ensuring joint integrity under static and dynamic loads.

Geometry & Thread
Internal ISO metric coarse or fine thread per DIN 13 / ISO 724. The hex body dimensions conform to DIN 970 wrench size specifications, allowing use with standard open-end, ring, and socket wrenches. A chamfered bearing face and lead-in thread edge facilitate bolt entry and protect threads during powered assembly.

Corrosion Protection
Standard finish is zinc electroplated to ISO 4042 / ASTM B633, providing corrosion resistance for indoor and sheltered outdoor environments. For structural steel exposed to atmospheric conditions, hot-dip galvanized nuts with overtapped threads are available. Engineered finishes including zinc-nickel and zinc flake are supplied for aggressive service environments.

Application Suitability
Used in conjunction with hex head bolts and threaded rods in machine tool frames, steel structures, pipe flanges, automotive assemblies, and general fabrication where a metric hexagon nut to DIN 970 is specified. Custom dimensions, coatings, and packaging options are available.

For new customer, We can provide free samples for standard fastener, But the clients will pay the express

charges. For old customer, We will send you free samples and pay express charges by ourself.

5. What is your packing.

Usually 25KG/carbon,36CTNS on the pallets,or 20-30kg/Bags,then on the pallet,QBH company personalized packagingis also available,like 10PCS/plastic bag or 10pcs/box,it can print some information

such as LOGO and pattern of customers.

6. What is your payment term
